Hot Pilates classes are held in an infrared heated room amidst vibrant surroundings. View the schedule Customers must provide their own mat, towel, and water. Covid Protocols Everyone must wear a mask upon entry to the building, regardless of vaccination status. This includes the main lobby, restrooms, and shower areas. Face coverings are required at all times for individuals not fully vaccinated. You may choose to remove your mask once on your mat if you are fully vaccinated. If you wish to practice without wearing a mask, please present proof of your vaccination at the time you check-in. This can be your CDC vaccine card or digital vaccine record. Please leave promptly after class so we can sanitize ahead of the next class. Rental mats and towels are not available at this time. Please bring your own mat and towels. Everyone must bring a waterproof bag (like a trash bag) and an extra towel in order to clean up any sweat puddles before you leave the yoga room. View current covid protocols here
